What is a High Net Worth individual?

A High Net Worth individual is someone who:

  1. has an annual income of £100,000 or more
  2. has net assets in excess of £250,000 or more.

Net assets do not include:

  1. the primary residence

  2. any contract of insurance - Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (regulated activities order 2001).

  3. any benefits, including pensions which are payable on termination of my service or on my death or retirement and to which you or your dependents are or may be entitled.
